A Message From Our CEO

ePACT Network

Our mission at ePACT is to keep families, organizations, and communities connected to each other during moments of uncertainty. As the world responds to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, ePACT Network is here to support you. Here’s what we’ve done so far to make sure you can continue to count on us (find our complete response to the COVID-19 situation here).

We’re Available and Accessible

The ePACT Network remains available and accessible to all users as the situation evolves around the world.

We’re Remote and Connected

All staff are working from home to ensure their health and safety first and foremost, and we have temporarily suspended business travel in our efforts to practice physical distancing to ensure the health and safety of others. As a technology company, we’re equipped to continue serving you and the organizations you rely on daily via phone and email, as well as through our Help Center.

We’re Staying Informed and Following Guidelines

Our duty as responsible citizens is to do everything we can to reduce the spread of the virus – this means staying informed and following guidelines. Serving families, organizations, and communities across the globe, we’re regularly reviewing updates and implementing guidelines from the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control, Health Canada, and all state-based/provincial and municipal public-health offices for the communities we serve.

We’re Protecting Your Data

ePACT was built for emergencies – that means your data remains safe and ePACT remains available to you under any circumstance. Learn more about our dual secure servers for more information on how our network remains available through anything.

What You Can Do

To make sure that the people and organizations you’re connected to through ePACT have the most accurate information and can communicate with you, here are a few things you can do now:

  • Check that your ePACT account has up-to-date family and emergency contact information, including email addresses, mobile phone, and alternate guardian details.
  • Create your own personal and family emergency network – add family members and emergency contacts, and remind them to accept your request to make sure you’re connected.
  • Store critical health information in your ePACT record so that, in the event of a medical emergency, you can share it with medical personnel quickly and easily.

Our job at ePACT is to make sure we stay connected in moments like this. We feel privileged to ensure you can continue counting on us and remain committed to keeping families, organizations, and communities connected to each other.

Sincerely Yours,

Kirsten Koppang Telford
