My favourite super hero is anyone out there doing what they love, especially when it’s for little or no money. It takes serious bravery to chase your dreams – especially when the odds are against you. Superman ain’t got nothin’ on an aspiring stand up comedian.
What’s a unique item in your emergency kit?
This question mostly just brings to my attention the horrifying truth that I have no emergency kit. But if I DID, I would almost certainly have to have cereal in there. It’s both delicious and multi purpose: you can eat it, wear the box as a hat in the rain, use the soggy mulch (from too much rain) to make a neat paste – it’s the gift that keeps on giving until it’s done!
What do you do at ePACT, and what excites you about the contribution you are making?
I’m a Client Specialist, and what most excites me about the role is the potential for helping others. I’ve always loved helping people, and even thought about a career as a paramedic before I realized what exactly a paramedic does. It feels good to make someone else’s life easier, and I look forward to growing within the company and expanding my skill set in other areas as well.
If you could be invisible for a day, what would you do?
To be honest, I would probably just follow my boyfriend around to see if he’s telling the truth about whether or not he washes his hands after using the washroom.
Something interesting you might not know about me is…
I have double jointed elbows. They serve no real, ‘useful’ purpose other than as a mildly entertaining party trick, or invoking the gag reflex among bystanders. But I like to think they’re actually an advanced, evolutionary mutation that will unleash their full potential and purpose in the year 2056. Stand by.
