One of Vancouver’s leading user experience consultants, Kirsten has over 15 years of experience providing usability, information architecture and interaction design services to clients including VANOC and the 2010 Winter Games websites, Travel Canada, Tourism BC, BC Hydro, ICBC, Electronic Arts, TELUS and Vancity. Kirsten has worked with the founders since the start of ePACT, designing each iteration of the network’s user experience, while continually testing and enhancing the product flow with end-users. As the VP, Customer Experience, Kirsten works closely with the development team to guide the evolution of the ePACT system, while also managing the Customer Engagement team to ensure the best possible experience for all ePACT users.
