As December arrives and the year draws to a close, we at ePACT are taking a moment to reflect on the achievements, challenges, and growth we’ve experienced in 2024. This year has been full of new partnerships, strengthened relationships, and continued innovation—all made possible by the trust and collaboration of our clients, partners, and dedicated team.
A Year of Collaboration and Community Impact
In 2024, we were fortunate to work with an incredible array of organizations across the country, from YMCAs to parks and recreation departments, schools, and independent camps. Together, we’ve made significant strides in enhancing community safety, improving communication, and streamlining operations.
We’re especially proud of our partnerships with over 60 parks and recreation departments in Illinois, where we’ve helped these organizations better serve their communities. By providing tools that simplify emergency preparedness, improve participant communication, and reduce administrative burdens, we’ve enabled these departments to focus more on what they do best—bringing people together and enriching lives.
Celebrating Successes and Overcoming Challenges
Every year comes with its share of successes and challenges, and 2024 was no different. From navigating changes in technology to adapting to new community needs, we’ve worked closely with our clients to ensure that ePACT continues to meet the evolving demands of the organizations we serve.
Our Customer Success and IT teams have been instrumental in this effort, working tirelessly to provide top-notch support and ensure that our platform remains reliable and secure. Their dedication has allowed us to deliver on our promise of keeping families and participants safe, no matter the circumstances.
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we look forward to 2025, we’re filled with excitement for the new opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. We’re committed to continuing our mission of supporting organizations that make a positive impact in their communities, and we’re eager to explore new ways to enhance our services and deepen our partnerships.
In the coming year, we’ll be focusing on expanding our reach, introducing new features to our platform, and further improving the support we offer to our clients. We’re also excited to engage with more organizations at events like the NRPA and IRPA Tradeshows, where we’ll continue to showcase how ePACT can make a difference.
