Business Development Representative

This is a unique make-or-break role for ePACT as we start to build our A player revenue team. We’re looking for eager, driven Sales Development team members who are interested in being very hands on as we build out our team. If you’re curious, empathetic and execution driven this could be for you. 

This is a unique opportunity to report directly to ePACT’s CRO during an exciting growth period.  You will be directly involved in supporting our sales processes and generating early-stage pipeline activity, your efforts will fuel our growth and prepare you for accelerated development in sales/revenue.

We are currently hiring remotely. 

Who You Are

  • We are looking for someone who is passionate and comfortable working in a fast paced environment during a build period. 
  • You must be a hunter, ambitious, results-driven and not afraid to pick up the phone.
  • You are coachable: you have an interest in enhancing your sales experience and effectively incorporating feedback into your sales style.
  • You are detail-oriented, and able to organize, track, and measure prospecting efforts.
  • You have great communication skills both internally with colleagues and externally with clients.
  • We want someone who is driven by achieving results and is motivated by converting leads into sales opportunities and commissions. 

The Role

Early stage pipeline development

  • Drive outbound sales (email, social media, and telephone) to reach established business targets.
  • Data driven processes.  Being diligent in logging salesloft and salesforce data throughout the sales cycle. Leveraging this data to tweak is month. 
  • Respond to queries from prospects in a timely manner, ensuring questions are answered to their satisfaction.
  • Nurture prospects in the system, ensuring continued engagement until ready for a sales conversation.
  • Qualify prospects for the sales team to ensure that the right prospects are moved through the sales cycle.

Your Background

  • You have developed professional communication skills and are eager to develop into a sales executive. 
  • You are familiar with having quantitative and metrics-based approaches to measure your success.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloftis a plus
  • You’ve worked hard and done something “well”.  An understanding of how hard work can pay off.
