As we enter the month of November, a time of both Thanksgiving and Remembrance Day, ePACT is embracing the powerful theme of gratitude. Reflecting on the journey of 2023, it’s evident that this has been a year marked by tremendous growth and positive transformation for our remarkable team. 

One of the highlights of this year has been the warm embrace of new opportunities. We’ve had the privilege of partnering with esteemed clients like Mecklenburg County, and long-time clients such as City of Seattle, and it has been truly inspiring to witness our network expand. Through their trust and collaboration, we’ve been able to create meaningful connections and enhance our shared goals. 

In the spirit of continuous learning and connection, we’ve had the honor of hosting a series of enlightening webinars. From hosting accomplished art therapists to engaging with national-level sailors and our very own customer service experts, each interaction has been a source of inspiration. Moreover, participating in tradeshows has been an exciting avenue for us to meet a diverse array of clients and dedicated recreation staff. These encounters have added an extra layer of fulfillment to our journey. 

Amidst the various shifts and changes that naturally occur, we’ve bid farewell to two outstanding business representatives who have transitioned to excel in new fields. Their success speaks volumes about the caliber of talent within our team. At the same time, we’ve been fortunate to welcome Tyler and Ethan to our customer success and sales departments. Their enthusiasm and commitment have enriched our interactions and fortified our team spirit. 

Our diligent developers have been the driving force behind numerous updates and innovative features. Their dedication has been instrumental in elevating our services, and we’re proud of the strides we’ve taken together. As we embrace change and expansion, it’s important to acknowledge the incredible role our cherished customers have played. Your unwavering support, testimonials, and valuable insights have paved the way for our growth.
