Thank you to all our administrators for providing us with constant feedback. We are excited to give you a sneak peek of a few of our new features – all based on your comments!

Updates and Reports

You’ll find the new ‘Updates and Reports’ section on the left-hand side of the administrator dashboard. Members with Files Uploaded and Uploaded Spreadsheets have moved to this section, with a new line for the Background Updates Log.

We bet your next question is: what is the Background Updates Log? It’s an activity log of any actions in your account for 50+ members! For example, if you send a reminder or emergency message to 100 members, you can find this in the Background Updates Log with confirmation that the task was successful. We’re now processing different actions (like sending messages, disconnecting members and moving members within groups) in the background to makes things much more efficient for all administrators, while giving you an easily accessible log of activity in your account too.

Quick Login for the ePACT App

Quick login in the ePACT App speeds up access to member records. Whether your coach is accessing concussion information because a player has fallen at practice, or your camp counsellor is accessing medical details because a camper has been exposed to an allergen, every second counts.

Quick login will allow you to use your fingerprint ID or 4 digit passcode (depending on your device) to access critical information as quickly as possible. Keep an eye out for this new feature, coming in March.

Select All

Currently, clicking ‘Select All’ only selects the 50 members on the first page.

We’ve changed this so that the ‘Select All’ button will give you the option to select all members in your account, or just the 50 members on the first page as it previously did.
