The ePACT team is constantly reviewing client feedback and using it to develop new and improved features in the system. Today, we’re excited to show you two new features – one that makes ePACT even easier to use and another that improves communications with your members. Here’s a look at what’s new in ePACT:

Administrator Dashboard

In every ePACT account, you can assign organization administrators who have access to all member records, as well as group administrators. Appointing group administrators is a great way to enhance privacy and confidentiality, as these admins can only see the members of the group they are assigned to. For example, a coach can only see the athletes on their team or a camp counsellor can only see the members at their camp location.

With our new administrator dashboard, it’s incredibly easy to manage all your administrators:

• Whether you have 5 administrators or 500, you can upload them from a spreadsheet and assign them to the entire organization or the specific groups they belong to.
• Send an invite to all of your administrators at once, and easily monitor who has or has not accepted.
• For those who are still outstanding, send a single email reminder to all to ensure they accept their invite.

All in all, the ePACT administrator dashboard makes it faster and easier to invite the coaches and safety managers for your sports league, or to manage the leaders at your daycare programs. Plus, you can keep track of who has accepted their administrator role to make sure everyone has access to these critical records in an unexpected situation!
